Do I have to move out during a whole-home remodel?

Almost always, yes. We can phase shorter projects to keep one wing liveable, but most whole-home work moves faster and cleaner with the family relocated.

How long does a typical whole-home remodel take?

12–40 weeks depending on scope. Multi-room interior remodels run 12–20 weeks; whole-home with structural changes runs 24–40.

Will you work with my architect or designer?

Yes. We build to your team's drawings, or we can run design through our in-house pipeline. One contract either way.

How are change orders handled?

In writing. Every change is priced, scoped, and signed before the work moves. No surprises on the final invoice.
