What we collect

When you submit an estimate request, we collect the information you give us: name, phone, email, property address, service of interest, budget range, timeline, and any project notes you include. We use this information only to schedule and run your estimate.

How we use it

Information you submit is used only to provide the services you asked about — scheduling, estimating, contracting, and project communication. We may store your information in our CRM (currently GoHighLevel) and email tools (currently Resend/Gmail) to follow up on your request.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information to third parties. We don’t share it with marketers. We don’t add you to a general mailing list. If you opt in to text reminders for scheduling, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Text messaging (SMS)

Our forms collect two separate, optional SMS consents: one for service messages (appointment scheduling, estimate follow-ups, and project communication) and a separate one for occasional promotional messages about our services (no more than 3 per month). Checking either box means you agree to receive that category of text messages from Renovations by Ed LLC; marketing consent is never bundled with service consent. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

Analytics & cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand traffic patterns. These services may set cookies. You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track in your browser.

How we protect your data

Your information is stored in access-controlled systems (our CRM and email tools) that only our small office team can reach, and it’s transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. We keep it only as long as needed to serve your request and our records obligations, and we don’t store payment card data on this website at all.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email rbe@renovationsbyed.com or call (301) 673-2557 and we’ll handle it.
