What's included under this service

Everything we run under Builder.

One contract covers everything below. Mix and match — your written proposal itemizes exactly what's in your project.

Custom homes

Ground-up custom residential construction designed and built to your specs.

Custom builds

Detached structures — guest houses, ADUs, garages, workshops, pool houses.

General additions to a home

Significant additions that materially change the footprint or volume of an existing home.

What RBE handles

Demolition through final walkthrough.

Everything in scope — and the trades that connect to it — runs through one team and one written proposal.

Engineered from the foundation up

Site, foundation, structural, and mechanical engineering coordinated before the first permit goes in.

Owner on every project

Custom builds get Ederaldo's direct attention from foundation through final walkthrough.

Virginia RBC + tri-state license

Our Virginia Registered Building Contractor designation, plus MHIC and DC licenses, lets us build ground-up across the DMV without jurisdiction barriers.

One accountable team

Excavation, framing, mechanicals, finish — all under one contract and one phone number.

Scope of work

How we run it

Five steps. Same on every job.

The process is the proof. No work happens outside the approved scope without a written change order — and the final invoice doesn’t go out until you’ve signed off on the walkthrough.

FAQ

Builder questions, answered.

Do you build custom homes from foundation up?

Yes, in MD, VA, and DC. Custom homes are scheduled separately from our remodeling pipeline — typically 12 months from engagement to final walkthrough.

What's the difference between your General Contractor and Builder services?

General Contractor covers additions, conversions, and multi-trade renovations of existing structures. Builder is ground-up new construction and ADUs.

How long does a custom home take?

28–60 weeks depending on size, finish level, and permit jurisdiction. We give you a real schedule before you sign.
