Home remodeling in Frederick, MD.
Our home base. Historic district downtown, mix of 1920s rowhomes and post-war suburban single-family further out.
What we do in Frederick, MD.
Frederick is our headquarters. The office sits at 6804 Church Ct, and we work projects across the city and across Frederick County. The housing range is wide — historic downtown row homes, post-war Cape Cods in West Frederick, 1980s–2000s suburban colonials in Linganore and Spring Ridge, and newer construction along Buckeystown Pike and out toward Urbana.
Historic district work downtown runs through the City of Frederick's Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) for exterior changes. We've submitted to HPC and worked the review process — additional pre-construction time, more detail in the drawings, and finish samples submitted with the application.
Outside the historic district, permits run through the City of Frederick or Frederick County depending on the property location. We confirm at the walk-through. Most of our Frederick work is kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement finishes, decks and porches, and home additions.
