Do you pull permits for structural repairs?

Do you work with structural engineers?
Load calcs and stamped drawings for anything that changes a load path. We work with structural engineers regularly.
Do you fix storm and tree damage?
Yes, roofs included. One of our jobs: a roof in Knoxville, MD, replaced because of a tree.
Who comes out for the estimate?
Ed does. Ederaldo Pereira, the owner, walks every estimate himself. Estimates are free and in your home.
Do you need a permit for a deck?
Almost always — especially anything over 30 inches above grade or attached to the house. We pull it as part of the scope.
How are change orders handled?
In writing. Every change is priced, scoped, and signed before the work moves. No surprises on the final invoice.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most run 6–10 weeks from demo to final walkthrough. Cabinet-and-counter-only refreshes run 3–4 weeks. The timeline is in the written proposal — not on a sales call.
Can you convert my tub to a walk-in shower?
Yes — one of our most common bathroom scopes. We re-plumb the drain, build a proper shower pan, waterproof, tile, and install glass.
